A lot of guys have had permanent penis growth from doing regular penis exercises. But on the other hand, many have experienced injuries due to penis enlargement exercises. All of these penis enhancement techniques described on this site have the potential for injury, so always warm up before you begin and take it slow and easy.
Never start doing any penis exercises before you’ve completed a thorough warm up of your dick. If you don’t warm up first, you seriously increase the risk of damaging your penis – possibly permanently. The Basic Penis Exercise Warm-Up:
Always start by warming up the penile tissue. The easiest way to do this is to get into a hot shower and allow the water to spray directly on the genitals for several minutes. You can also use a heat pad or a homemade heat pack such as a sock filled with rice and microwaved. A lot of men doing penis enlargement exercises prefer to use a hot wrap for warming up.
To make the hot wrap, take a clean washcloth or small towel and soak it in hot water. Remove the towel from the water, and wring out the excess. Next, wrap the hot towel completely around the penis covering from the base all the way to the tip of the glans. Allow this to sit until it becomes cool, and then repeat 2-3 times to allow the heat to penetrate deeply. This should be done until the penis is thoroughly engorged with blood and all surrounding muscles and ligaments are completely relaxed.
Light Penis Stretching:
After the hot wrap has warmed the penile tissue completely (the penis should feel heavy from the increased circulation), begin gently stretching and massaging the penis with your hand. This can be done in or out of the shower, depending on whichever is most convenient for you.
Begin by grasping the penis just below the glans (head or tip). Gently pull the penis to the right, try to relax completely, you should feel a slight stretch in the ligaments directly below the base of the penis. Hold this stretch for 10-30 seconds, and then relax. Next, grasp the penis loosely at the base and shake it back and forth allowing it to regain good circulation. Do a few kegels to get the blood flowing to the penis. Finally, repeat the above stretch to the left, up, down, and straight out from the body.
You can do a few light hand jelqing exercises at first to get the penis engorged and ready for a good workout. The hand jelqing exercises are done by forming the “OK” grip with your hand. Begin by gripping the base of the penis and pull outward toward the glans (head or tip). Go easy for the first set and gradually increase pressure. The jelq is actually an effective penis exercise on its own, but also works great as a warm-up for other exercises.
Begin Your Penis Exercises:
Ok, now you’re ready to begin your penis exercise routine. The warm-up procedures mentioned above can be used to prepare for any type of natural penis enlargement routine like jelqing or stretching. Do this warm-up before you begin to jelq, use your penis extender, penis pump, or any other penis exercises. It’s also strongly recommended to apply heat continuously during your exercises and also after you have finished.
